Hi Lorraine, I did not know that. Guess I need to eat more of them! Great excuse to have more pineapple, thanks!

Oh… My… Goodness!! This looks sooo delicious. The Mister has been hinting that I need to learn to make a successful upside down pineapple cake. I’m so glad to see this recipe. Thank you.

I actually like them better that all in one as each one gets lots of that pineapple glaze. The fresh pineapple really changes it also!

I haven’t had pineapple in forever, but I think my sister inlaw just picked one up… another on my “to make” list!

Mine are currently in the over, can’t wait. You didn’t specify a temp, what temp did you use at 12min vs 15min?

I baked these at 350 degrees. The baking times are approximate so that people will check on them. I figure since all ovens aren’t the same I would rather use a range for the time so that nothing gets burned, undercooked or overcooked.

This was amazing!! Rich, buttery, sweet and just wonderful. I didn’t put it in the muffin cups; used an 8×8″ glass pan and baked it for 30 min. The fresh pineapple makes all the difference!
