Seafood Lasagna
1/2 lb cooked lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
2 cups crab meat or mixture of seafoods
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg
2 Tbsp basil
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
3 tomatoes
Heat soup & crab meat together.
Cream together cottage cheese & cream cheese. Add onion, egg, basil, salt & pepper.
Layer noodles with cheese mixture, then soup/crab mixture; then grated cheese. Continue to several layers.
Top with 3 medium tomatoes (sliced) and rest of cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
