Corn and Black Bean Salad

1 can of black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can of pinto beans, drained & rinsed
1 can corn kernels, drained & rinsed
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup red onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.

Combine veggies in a large bowl and pour marinade over, mix gently until combined.

Cover and refrigerate, mixing occasionally.

Tastes great cold or at room temperature.

YYou may add chopped jalapenos if you like it spicy!
