Chocolate Bread
1 pkg. yeast (2-3/4 teaspoons)
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup unsweetened chocolate powder
Put these first 3 ingredients in the bread machine.
IN A BOWL COMBINE:
1 cup milk (skim, whole, your choice)
1 egg
1/2-3/4 cup raisins
Heat these to warm temp. in microwave (or on stove in a pot)
Add this mix to bread machine.
THEN ADD:
2 T oil
Add 1 T honey
Add 1 t vanilla
Select Basic Bread cycle; press Start.
