Morning Glory Bread

1 cup water
2 tablespoons light margarine — softened
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup wheat flour, whole-grain
1/2 cup coconut flakes
3/4 cup shredded carrots
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Add raisins at beep or 5 minutes before kneading is done. basic/white, light/medium color
