Just Plain Moppin’ Sauce
1 C. cider vinegar
5 T. worcestershire sauce
2/3 C. oil
3 T. butter
1 whole lemon sliced with peel on
3 garlic cloves minced
1 T. grated fresh ginger
1 T. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat for 15 minutes to blend the flavors. After it cools, strain the lemons out.
