Cheddar n’ Onion Mashed Potato Bake
3 C. mashed potatoes
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. milk
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 1/3 C. French’s fried onions
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Spoon 1/2 of the mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 C. of the fried onions and 1/2 of the cheese. Top with the remaining potato mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Top with remaining fried onions and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
