Corn Pudding

1 can cream style corn

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

2 eggs

1 8 oz. carton sour cream

1 stick butter or margarine, melted

1 small box jiffy cornbread mix, or 1 cup cornbread mix, any kind

1 cup grated cheese, optional

Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased or Pam sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350° F. for 30-40 minutes or until light brown.

Serves 10-12
