Yaki Tori

2 raw chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
2 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. sugar
2 T. water
bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Combine soy sauce, sugar and water, pour over chicken pieces, marinate 2 hours or more.

Skewer on bamboo skewers and broil or grill 7 to 8 minutes, turning twice.

If desired, crushed garlic and 1/2 t. minced ginger can be added to marinade.
