Festive Salad Freeze
2-3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tab mayonnaise
2 tab sugar
1 1-lb can whole cranberry sauce
1 9 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar to blend.
Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into loaf pan.
Freeze firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes before turning out and slicing.
