Crab Scramble
14 – Eggs
1 large package – Cream Cheese (cubed)
2 cans – Crab Meat (drained thoroughly)
1/2 teaspoon – Salt
1/4 teaspoon – Pepper
1 tablespoon – Chopped Dill to sprinkle over top
1/4 pound – Butter
Beat together Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper.
Add cubed Cream Cheese and drained Crab Meat.
Melt 1/4 pound (1 1/2 sticks) Butter in a 9 X 13 glass casserole.
Pour into casserole with melted butter. Sprinkle Chopped Dill over top.
Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. This casserole may be prepared the day before and refrigerate over night. Serve with tomato garnish and bacon.
