Eggs Florentine

8 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
8 eggs
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 C. butter, melted
1/2 lb. swiss cheese, grated

Microwave spinach until heated through.

Drain the spinach and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs well. Add the melted butter, cheeses, and nutmeg. Mix well. Add the spinach and blend thoroughly.

Spoon mixture into individually greased ramekins.

Bake at 350 degrees until nicely set, about 20 minutes. Makes six servings.
