Hawaiian French Toast

4 eggs

1 Tbsp each maple syrup, sour cream and sugar

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple

powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup milk

8 slices day-old bread (I use French bread)

6 Tbsp butter (about)

Shredded coconut

Place eggs, vanilla, syrup, sour cream, sugar, pineapple and milk into blender.

Mix till smooth.

Dip bread into egg mixture until soaked.

Melt 2 Tbsp butter in pan.

Brown bread on both sides.

Dust with powdered sugar.

Sprinkle with coconut or syrup.
