Honey Granola
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran
1/2 cup raisins, optional
In a 9″ square baking pan, combine honey, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in oats and bran.
Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Stir in raisins if desired. Cool. Store in covered container.
Yield: about 3 cups
