Lemon Yogurt and Poppy Seed Waffles
2 Cups Bisquick
2 Teaspoons Poppy Seed
2 Eggs
2 8-oz. Cartons of Lemon Yogurt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Using about 1/2 cup of batter, cook in a hot waffle iron til almost through steaming and golden brown.
Yields 7 waffles.
