Navel Oranges in Blackberry Sauce
1 (12-ounce) package frozen blackberries, thawed
1/2 C. granulated sugar
5 navel oranges
Blackberries, for garnish
Place blackberries in the bowl of a food processor. Add sugar and process until pureed. Pour sauce through a fine-mesh strainer set over small bowl to remove seeds. Discard seeds. Chill sauce until time to serve.
Peel oranges and divide into segments. Chill. Place in individual serving bowls, top with blackberry sauce, garnish with blackberries and serve.
