Best Oven Crisp Bacon

Use market-style or thick-sliced bacon.

Lay the bacon out on a cookie sheet and slowly bake at 250.

When golden brown remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. Reheat to serve.

Chef’s Hint: For an interesting variation, dredge the bacon in flour or cornmeal and bake as above.
