Weight Watchers Pumpkin Oatmeal Waffles

2 cups flour
30 ounces canned pumpkin
4 teaspoons margarine
2 tablespoons unpacked brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups skim milk
4 ounces egg substitute

Mix all ingredients with a handmixer and cook in waffle oven.

Please note: this batter does not move very easily, you need to spread it in the waffle iron to make sure it is getting to all spots.

The mixture will not move into open spaces the same way that normal batter will.

Serves 12.
