Apple Oat Bread

1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons applesauce
1/2 cup finely chopped apples
1 tablespoon concentrated apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons molasses
1/4 cup oats
2 teaspoons yeast

Combine in bread machine per manufacturer’s directions. Place all of the ingredients into the pan of your bread machine, program the machine as called for in you manufacturers directions, and press start. Check the dough after 10 to 15 minutes of kneading; it should have formed a smooth ball, soft but not at all sticky. If necessary, adjust the dough’s consistency with additional water or flour.
