Cappuccino Sticky Buns
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8″ round cake pan (7 1/2 oz can) or an 8″ square pan (larger size of biscuits) with Pam cooking spray.
In a small saucepan mix 1/2 cup maple flavored pancake syrup and 1/4 cup butter. Bring just to a boil over medium heat. Stir in
1 envelope instant cappuccino mix, mocha or any flavor (about 1/4 cup).
Reduce heat to low. Cook and stir 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan, arrange 1 can of refrigerated biscuits 9 7 1/2 to 12 oz.) in pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully invert immediately onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
