Cider Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Cider Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 cup water
1 3/4 oz packet of instant spiced cider mix – 2 if you want a stronger flavor instead of cider
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp dash of salt divided into corners of bread machine so it doesn’t spoil the yeast
1 Tbls of instant fast rising yeast
3/4 cup of raisins – divided

Add these ingredients into your bread machine in the order it calls for according to your brand of machine.

Add water, cider mix, and cinnamon. Swirl mixture to begin dissolving the dry cider mix.

Add half of the raisins to the water mixture.

Add flour – poking a 1/2 inch indentation in two corners for the salt and creating a well in the middle for the yeast.

Turn on machine to begin mixing the dough. Half way through the timing for kneading the dough, add the rest of the raisins in small amounts to be kneaded into the mixture. Add water and flour as needed if mixture is too dry or wet.
