1 1/2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp. bread flour
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Dried orange peel
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 tablespoon Maple syrup
3/4 cup Warm milk
1/2 cup Raisins

5 tablespoons Powdered sugar
1 Egg
4 teaspoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Maple syrup
1/2 cup Warm milk
1/4 cup Raisins

A raisin-bread lover’s favorite, this makes an excellent breakfast bread. Follow manufacturer’s directions on loading your machine.
