Basic Beef Marinade
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
1/2 C. dry red wine
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. sugar
1/2 C. olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 T. fresh chopped parsley
2 T. fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon or rosemary)
1/2 t. fresh cracked black pepper
Combine vinegar, wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic together. Whisk in olive oil. Add herbs.
Marinate steaks for 6 – 8 hours.
