Butter Injector Sauce

Butter Injector Sauce

4 T. butter

1 C. chicken or beef broth

2 T. fresh lemon juice (optional)

1/2 t. garlic powder

coarse salt

cracked black pepper

Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat until the butter melts and the salt is dissolved. Cool to room temperature before injecting the liquid into the meat.
