Cole Slaw

1 head of cabbage

1/2 green pepper diced fine

2 carrots shredded

1 small onion diced fine

1 C. mayonnaise

1/4 C. sugar

2 T. cider vinegar

1/4 C. milk

Shred cabbage finely. Add carrots, green pepper and onion.

Mix together in a small bowl, the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir in the milk.

Pour dressing over cabbage and stir to coat. Let stand 1 hour if possible to allow the flavors to mix.
