Grilled Sweet Potatoes

2 lbs. sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch thick wedges

3 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. water

I clove garlic minced

1 tbsp. sesame or olive oil

Wrap sweet potatoes in plastic wrap. Cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.

Combine soy sauce, honey, water and garlic. Add sweet potatoes and toss gently. Drain, reserving marinade.

Arrange in a single layer in a grill basket coated with cooking oil. Brush wedges with sesame or olive oil.

Cook covered with grill lid over med. coals for 15 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
