Latin Style Spice Rub
1/4 C. cumin
1/4 C. chili powder
2 T. coriander seeds crushed
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. salt
1 T. red pepper flakes ground
10 T. black pepper fresh ground
Grind all the ingredients together in a spice mill, blender or mortar and pestle. Store in a tightly sealed jar.
