Marinated Flank Steak

Marinated Flank Steak

1/4 C. soy sauce

3 T. honey

2 T. distilled white vinegar

1 t. fresh grated ginger

2 garlic cloves minced

1/2 C. oil

Combine marinade ingredients in a 1 gallon resealable bag.

Add a 1 1/2 lb. flank steak. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to high. Oil grate.

Grill for 15 – 20 until desired doneness. Let meat set for 5 minutes before slicing.
