Pistachio Dream Salad

1 envelope D-Zerta Whipped Topping (use low-fat milk instead of water)

1 small can Mandarin oranges (in own juice, drained)

1 small can pineapple (in own juice, drained)

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/2 cup coconut (unsweetened)

1 small box pistachio pudding (sugar-free)

Whip topping according to directions using the low-fat milk. Add all other ingredients. Sprinkle dry pudding into topping mixture and mix with mixer just long enough to combine ingredients. Sprinkle with chopped pecans (optional.)
