Broccoli with Stuffing

2 packages frozen broccoli

2 eggs, beaten

1 onion, chopped fine

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup melted margarine

1 package herbed stuffing mix

Cook broccoli.

Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise.

Place layer of broccoli in a 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Top with dry stuffing mix. Sprinkle margarine on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
