Creamed Spinach

1 cream of celery soup, 10 oz.

1 tb Flour

4 tb Butter


20 ounce Frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drain using paper towels to pat out water

small diced Onion

Fresh minced Garlic to taste

Fry onion until clear, then add garlic and saute a few minutes not to burn the garlic.

In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and piping hot. Combine with spinach and onion.
