Steak and Black Eye Pea Salad
8 ounces steak, cut in strips, cooked to desired doneness
1/2 cup canned black-eyed peas, drained
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/3 cup julienne carrot
1/3 cup julienne turnip
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Combine ingredients and toss well.
