Ginger-Soy Strip Steaks
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp pepper
4 (1-inch-thick) beef top loin strip steaks
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add steaks, turning to coat. Cover and chill 30 mins on each side.
Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, over med-high heat 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness
