Chocolate Almond Cheesecake

Crust
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup cocoa

Butter a 9 by 12 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Press into the bottom of pan. Chill

Filling
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
24 ounces cream cheese; room temperature
1/4 cup amaretto
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
pinch of salt

Combine eggs, sugar and cream cheese, and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, then pour into chilled crust. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. Chill

Topping
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over cooled filling Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes Cool, and garnish with chocolate shavings and chopped almonds.
