Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Squares
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese – softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package (36 pieces) thawed chocolate chip – cookie dough
Preheat oven to 350° F. Press cookie dough pieces evenly into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie dough. Sprinkle with chips.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool.
Makes 16 servings.
Cook’s Tip: Store in cooler or refrigerator due to the cream cheese layer.
