Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Breasts
1/3 cup honey mustard or Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves about 1 pound
Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken.
Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
