Best Chicken Ever
4-6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
16 oz Can Whole Cranberry Sauce
10 oz Bottle French Salad Dressing (Reduced Calorie)
Combine the soup, salad dressing and cranberry sauce. Add the chicken, cover and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 1/2 hours in a covered dish. Turn the chicken half way through cooking time.
This recipe sounds terrible but tastes so good and is so easy. Be sure to use the reduced calorie salad dressing as the regular combined with the chicken is just to greasy. Serve over hot cooked rice.
