Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

6 ounces uncooked fettuccine

1 cup chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

1 10.75-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last four minutes of cooking time. Drain into colander.

In skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.

Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
