Chicken Spinach Casserole
9 Lasagne noodles
10 Oz. package Spinach, frozen
1 block Cracker Barrel White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Onion
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbl Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbl Soy sauce, dark
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
8 oz Sour cream
4 1/2 oz Jar Sliced Mushrooms
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbl Butter
1 cup Pecans, chopped
3 cup cooked Chicken, shredded
Mix spinach, chicken and next 11 ingredients.
Grease 11×17 dish.
Layer cooked noodles and mixture.
Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
For topping, melt the butter in a skillet and add pecans cooking for 3 minutes.
Top casserole with pecans and bake uncovered on 350 for 30-45 minutes.
