Macadamia Chicken

1 stick melted butter
4 cloves chopped garlic
4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts

Sauce
8 oz. heavy cream
8 oz. cream cheese
drippings from chicken
2-3 tbl. butter

Melt the butter and add the chopped garlic and set aside. Combine the cheese and nuts.

Drench the chicken in the butter and garlic. Dredge in the cheese and nut mixture. Place on a baking sheet with sides.

Bake at 350 about 35 to 40 minutes watching that the nut crust doesn’t get too brown.

Remove the chicken when done and pour the drippings into a sauce pan and add the cream and cream cheese.

Bring to a boil, remove from heat and finish the sauce with the butter.
