Chocolate Plunge
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (8-oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate or two (4-oz.) packages Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate
Assorted fresh fruit (pineapple chunks, strawberries, bananas, sliced starfruit, raspberries)
Cake cubes, soft macaroons, cheesecake or brownie bites
Heat corn syrup and cream in a 2-quart saucepan until boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until it melts. Serve warm as a fondue-like dip with fresh fruit and cake cubes. — From Baker’s Chocolate
