Low Fat Chocolate Cake

1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour

3/4 cup Granulated sugar

1/4 cup Cocoa

1/4 cup margarine, softened

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. Baking soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

2 Egg whites

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup Hot water

2 tsp. Confect. sugar (icing)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Measure first 10 ingredients into mixing bowl in order given.

3. Beat until smooth.

4. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

5. Bake in oven for about 30 to 35 minutes until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean.

6. Serve warm or cool.

7. If serving cool, sift icing sugar over cake.
