Beef and Macaroni Chili
1 cup macaroni, raw
Pinch of salt
1/2 pound ground beef
Pinch of pepper, freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can Tomato soup
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 ounce 15% milk fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
In a saucepan cook the macaroni for approximately 7 minutes.
In a large saucepan, brown the meat. Remove from heat and drain off all excess fat.
Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on low for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the cooked macaroni and tomato soup. Heat thoroughly.
Just before serving add the cheese. Cover and heat until the cheese melts.
