1 egg white
3 c powdered sugar; sifted
1 tb light cream
1/8 ts almond extract
1-1/2 c coconut – flaked
Beat egg white until stiff.
Add the rest of the ingredients, one at a time, in order.
Mix well and let dry 30 minutes.
Divide into portions and add desired food colorings.
Note: Use pasteurized egg whites or dry egg white reconstituted.
