Really like this idea for serving squash. Might even be able to get my picky eaters to try this out.
It was pretty tasty and it still got some crunch even though it is baked and not fried. We’ll be making it again.
You veggie tray looks delicious. We love fries squash but I don’t make it much because it is fried and soaks up so much oil. Will have try your way!
