Green Beans and Bacon
1/2 lb. bacon diced
1 large onion diced
1-1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen cooked green beans
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp, remove bacon and reserve. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Remove onion and reserve.
Discard all but 1 tbsp bacon drippings from skillet. Add bacon, onion and green beans to skillet, heat through.
