Marinated Tomatoes

4 tomatoes, sliced

1 cup oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tablespoon basil

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/4 teaspoon marjoram

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

Place sliced tomatoes in a serving bowl.

Combine oil, red wine vinegar, dry mustard, salt, pepper, crushed garlic clove, basil, thyme, marjoram and chopped green onions; pour over the tomatoes.

Toss lightly and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Serves 6.
