Baked Lemon Haddock

2 pounds haddock fillets

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons dried parsley

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cut fish into serving-size pieces.

Place in an 11″ x7″ x 2″ baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish.

Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
