Crab, Bay Shrimp and Salmon Tart
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
4 whole eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup king-crab meat, chopped
1 tablespoon bay shrimp, chopped
1 tablespoon smoked salmon, chopped
Salt and white pepper, to taste
One 9-inch pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the half-and-half and eggs using a wire whisk. Add the flour, crab, shrimp and salmon, stirring to combine. Season with salt and white pepper, to taste. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until tart is firm. Remove from oven and serve warm.
Makes 8 servings.
