Fish Batter

Fish Batter

3 cups flour

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons paprika

1 teaspoon red pepper

4 tablespoons seasoned salt

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon thyme

1 tablespoon chili powder

Beat all ingredients together. Dip fish into batter and deep fry until golden brown.
